When you assume ownership of a beautiful coastal house or coastal lot at Cohasset Beach, in Westport, you become part of a community of homes and persons. Everyone has a mutual interest in preserving the beauty and integrity of the homes, hardscape, and nature of Cohasset Beach. The Homeowner's Association provides guidelines for each owner, sets the dues for each homeowner, and assumes responsibility for taking care of the common lands and certain easements. Because most of the streets are public, the dues are very reasonable.
